Outrageous auction- any idea which site this is?!

Just came across this auction, the text of which includes...
"By buying this auction, you will be sent a link to a website in which people share discount codes for major retailers! It is a message forum, so it is constantly being added to by people like you and me. There is a separate sub-forum with freebies which are available, and another where you can request certain vouchers/discounts"
