Sainsbury's CC - 0% on shopping withdrawn!

We use a Sainsbury's CC to buy our shopping at Sainsburys becasue it had a 0% offer on shopping for 12 months.

We make sure to put the money from the shopping out of the way and to pay the minimum monthly amount so the money is there when the 0% runs out.

We got an offer to do a 0% balance transfer and so looked to move some money from another card over - but on calling them were told that the 0% on shopping was being removed becasue "they were unhappy with the way the aco!!!! was being managed"!

Anyone else had a similar experience?

Sainsbury's Bank is provided by HBOS - who also do Amazon and have recently announced they are splitting from Amazon too.

I'm really disappointed in Sainsburys - and by doing this, they will lose our customer, the cars will be binned and HBOS lose customers on two cards.

Is there anyway to reverse their decision? Anyone ever done it?

The only thing i can think of why they removed your 0% on sainsburys shopping is if you have broken one of their terms or conditions. Have you made all your repayments before the due date (allowing 3-5 working days to process)? This is usually the most common reason. If so, i cant see why they would just remove your 0% deal. Did they not give you any explanation as to why?
Also another thing, they offered you a 0% balance transfer deal. Forgive me if you knew this, but did you know that if you wanted to avoid paying any interest at all you would have had to pay off the whole balance on your card (including the 0% balance transfer) before the 0% deal on sainsburys purchases ran out? (Assuming the balance transfer deal expires after the 0% on purchases). This is because they allocate your repayments in a way that balance transfers would be paid first before any purchases. Its not just the sainsburys credit card, pretty much all credit card companies allocate payments in this way except for a couple.
