snaggles.... noone will kill you for eating a biscuit, lord knows i have had many on this diet... well not many but a few...
you need to condition your cheating habits to, errr well i was gonna say a slice of ham or a piece of chicken but as you're veggie maybe you need to get some veggie protein pieces in your fridge for your moments of weakness.... can you get veggie cold cuts? or even a boiled egg, no toast would be less harmful to the ketosis process than biscuit...

Hey anyway, good news from me. Remember my Breakdown fiasco? (Pap and ZTD) well I wrote the letter contesting the 2nd call out charge and they've waived it for me. Cheers guys and gals. PAP if I make the Bristol meet I will buy you a drink or 2
