It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

well done Papster!!
Tell her you don't need counselling, tell her you have us!! we're free therapy!!
 hi everyone else!
I've just booked my train tickets for Leeds meet... woop woop!! Didn't get £9 singles though, the joys of travelling on a saturday and a monday i suppose...? still me and erin £88 all in, with only 1 change on way down, so i'm happy with that TBH...
Even happier as i won £95 on the Galabingo last night for a £5 spend with £5 free cashback... so in essence the train tickets are paid for...
Erin is with my mum today, and stayed over there... so i was able to get up and go for a swim this morning.. i didn't get as long as i'd have liked in the pool as i am a lazy mare and wouldn't get out my bed!
Then i tried in vain to find a shop open to buy myself a cappucino as a treat... was in the bakers shop resisted all manner of tasty treats and the coffee machine was broken, all the other places were not open yet... Grr!!
Mind you this is not a metropolis so no starbucks or anything here...
Going to see my sis tonight after work as it's her birthday, still haven't got her a present... will be stopping at Asda on the way...!
Might just get her some flowers.... she'd like that probably....I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

Hello all, looking forward to the weekend cos I really badly need a lie in - fed up with having the cold and feeling knackered all the time  Oh well, in good news just got one of the cheapie East Coast train tickets for coming back from mate's in Scotland in June - Edinburgh to Doncaster for £9 (then just £3.90 to get home from there):j Not booked the other way yet mind you, travelling up on a Friday which is never great for bargains.
Hope everyone has a good weekend whether you're working or chilling outDebt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -

Wow Maz, £95 fantastic. Well done!
Flowers always work for me (even though most of the time I do have to buy them for myself)
Too much month, not enough Cash!

Thanks Maz :j I think she ment why I am fat/overweight. She overlooked my medical condition that doesnt help though  Ah well here we go :j
Congrats on your win, woop wopp. Hope you and erin has a fab time. It's not a hurdle - it's a gateway
Snaggs, I know I am not too worried about that, but its the next step. One I have never been on before. I have actually been emailing my counceller for 3 weeks now and she says I sound like the most determind client she has ever known :j No pressure then :rotfl:0 -
