I think it's perfectly normal Snags, you were with the same guy for a long time and then another guy came along and rocked your socks. It's normal to miss that. Good knobhopping can be hard to come by (oops for the pun there :eek:)

Thanks Hypno...she is only ickle but she was pulling me along saying come on mummy we need to overtake some ladies lol! Am wondering if I might encourage her to run maybe 3 times a week with me. Do you think it might put her off?

What - taking her on your 18 milers :eek: I'm not sure that is allowed :rotfl:
But I would just encourage her to run around - go to the park and run about lots rather than doing a "formal" running route type thing - if she wants to do it, she will do so without much encouragement!

Admittedly, over the last 6 months, there has been 'a lot'. BUT, they have been quite tightly packed into a relatively small number of actual occasions. And all with the same person (apart from the bathroom-hiding incident :cool:).
So I don't feel like I have been getting much at all - not nearly enough anyway!!!
