Ah Buffy its been brewing for years! Im not sure what to do at the moment to be honest. He's come home from a day out and trying to be all nice and helpful but its all too little too late. Maybe he should have thought, ah haven't spent anytime as a family all weekend and my lovely wife has asked if I'd like to take my delightful daughter swimming to spend some quality time with her..but no his reply was no don't really fancy it

Well hello you know what I don't really !!!!ing fancy it either but when you have a child it means doing things you don't want to, entertaining them and making their life fulfilling, not just shoving them in front of a TV.

Sorry am so hacked off its untrue, I'll get my coat now

Sally don't get your coat, if he is being prat better to vent on here, get different perspectives and SUPPORT then sit there thinking going round in your own head.

Is there anything he does that he could take her with him? if he doesn't "fancy" swimming?

    xxxxx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

Buffy basically he is lazy (im sure some would say I am being harsh)...and will avoid doing anything if he can. He just doesn't see things that need doing, very very rarely offers to do things and Its not like I sit around all day doing nothing. I do all the housework, work part time, look after DD, take her to activities, do all the gardening/mowing lawn, rubbish, recycling, basically once in a blue moon he washes up and he has 3 nights when he does bath/bed with DD and thats it...well of course he works full time and I know thats tiring but..ahhhhhhhhhhhh
