Just been checking back - Maz lost another 4.5 lb.

I need to get more motivated today. Felt rubbish yesterday and the wind in the garden put me off doing much out there. Ended up back in bed in the afternoon. Forced myself to church and then went round to a friend's for a couple of hours.

Aye up Spud, Im ok, had good day yesterday and Newcastle got thumped as well which was nice, sets up the Newcastle vs Boro match a week today very nicely, loser gets relegated me thinks. Booky - still got 3 weeks left then not much longer left down there to a fresh start put this horrible stinking year Ive had behind me
