Do I need to refund the buyer?

Recently I had a complaint from a buyer on a tee shirt that I had sold, stating that the item was misshaped (leaning more to the left shoulder than the right shoulder) The item was listed with brief description (colour, size, brand, etc...) and photo.
When I contacted the buyer I asked whether it was damaged during delivery which they stated no. I then asked for a photo since I couldn't understand quite understand how the tee shirt was misshaped which they replied back with there's no need for a photo since it's visible in the photo on the listing.
Now they are asking for a refund - do I have to refund the item if the buyer states that they think it fits funny and that it was as shown in the photo?
Cheers in advance.

Why did they buy it then, if the photo in the listing clealry shows the 'fault'?
Tell them to send it back for a refund - my guess is they'll go away and not be heard from again. It aint over til I've done singing....0 -
Tell them that if they're unhappy with the t-shirt, they need to send it back to you via trackable method, and when you receive it back in its original condition, you'll give them a refund (not including their return postage).
If they don't need to send a photo as proof, and it was obvious on the original photo, then why did they buy it?? Perhaps they have wonky shoulders?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
