Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Oh my gosh!! :-O
I have done that already, but cut them up and glued each one on a separate sheet of A4 so that you can see the different pieces with cut marks between them. Under each one I wrote out how much debt it got me in to, and I've put them where I see them all the time.
I heard that in the John Cummuta - Transforming Debt in to Wealth audiobook and thought it was such a good idea, I did it whilst I was listening to the next chapter
I like the way you think Chortle! :T0 -
On our debt-free day I want to go to the expensive Chinese restuarant down the road for a celebratory meal. After that definitely saving for a holiday - probably an all inclusive somewhere for the kids.
DH has got big plans to build extensions on the house which is all very well in theory but can't see how we can do this without remortgaging and getting ourselves back into debt :eek:0 -

ill prob go to see a band or go to a club (which ive not done in 4 months!)
To be honest though i feel like i will continue saving even after i have my debt paid up because i know now that possesions dont matter, i dont need to be in the pub every night, i can have fun without spending lots of money, there is no worse feeling than owing lots of money - i want to know if not being in debt is the opposite
and ive kicked the spending habit
Feels good

I'm going to go out and max all my credit cards, becuase then I'll still have some debt to talk about on this site.
Ps Only joking, we're buying a home cinema kit when debt free and then going to start hacking at the mortgage - aim to be mortgage and debt free for when I'm 48.May 2015 £10 a day currently £2080 -
Hi all
The only reward I want is some free time. Hopefully will be able to give up at least one of my pt jobs. DH is going to look for a job with less hours and stress and it won't matter if its less money :j I can't wait
Won't it be lovely to wake up knowing you don't owe anybody anything.
A nice family holiday abroad would be lovely too now you mention it!0
