Travel subject to availability and at the discretion of the organiser. Depending on location of the winner, if necessary, two economy return flights from a UK airport to a London airport will be provided.

Winner and companion must be aged 18 or over and hold a valid UK passport (valid for at least six months after entry to the US) and any other necessary travel documentation to be entitled to enter the United States of America.

Prior to travel to the USA, the winner and companion are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas (including completion of the Online Travel Authorisation required by US Immigration - please note that approval can take up to 72 hours).

Winner and companion are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the prize description.

Hotel accommodation is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room (winner's choice) with ensuite facilities on a bed and breakfast basis only (subject to availability). Meal at Morton's, The Steakhouse to the value of up to $298 (subject to availability).

Travel insurance not included. The winner and companion are advised to obtain travel insurance prior to travel. The first correct entry randomly drawn will win the first prize; the second and third correct entries drawn will each win the runners-up prize.

An independent observer will supervise the draw.

The prize must be taken between 1 Sep 2009 and 31 Mar 2010 (excluding the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year periods). Dates subject to availability and filming schedule.
