DSGi Rights Issue

Evening all,
I know that people can't give investment advice on here, however I'd still appreciate your thoughts on this.
I am, for my sins, a DSG shareholder.
I bought £200 worth of shares as a bit of a gamble when they were trading at 11p per share, so obviously am really happy that I've made a nice profit on it - but I'm now torn about what to do regarding this rights issue.
I understand that I'll be eligible to buy some shares at a reduced price, however which price will I pay for them and how many can I buy? If I do buy them, am I tied in for a certain length of time before I can offload?
Cheers,

'I am for my sins a DSGI shareholder'
Youve done very well out of them!
Re RI for every 7 shares held u get 5 @ 14p
You can sell your shares now at a very healthy profit
Take up the new shares
Sell your rights
Most of the recent RI have had a positive impact on the shareprice since the company as a whole benefits greatly from this extra cash
PS I bought these last year for 43p0 -
Works out at approx £180 to buy the new shares
Remember that the shareprice will fall after this dilution
But as stated prev RIs involving INCH WKP PFD XTA etc have all benefitted these companies DYOR0
