I had charges refunded about 2 years ago totalling about £250. I have recently a two sets of charges (about £200 in all) due to late payment by my employer, maternity pay erratic payments and general poor account management by me.. Can i claim these charges back as well?? On phoning the bank, they told me that they will not refund any more charges as the last letter stated that if i accepted payment, this was a final settlement - does that mean on future charges as well? I know i'm pushing my luyck a bit and its not a lot of money but at the moment things are a little tight due to mat leave
Thanks for you help

You cannot sign your legal right away. If the charges up to the point you accepted is part of your claim then you need to remove them. However, if the charges were made after the previous settlement then they are fair game.I had charges refunded about 2 years ago totalling about £250. thanks for that - no i wasn't planning on claiming the original charges back that i have previously accepted, just those from the last few months. So, do i just follow the procedure i did before? What are the chances of them giving me all the money back like they did last time? I am also waiting to hear from the the customer contact team by letter but i doubt they will offer me anything without a fight.....0
