What is your particular area of expertise?

Whatever it is there's no requirement for spelling or grammar, would have thought that was needed when dealing with commercial customers. I think we have ourselves a troll, but what would I know, I'm just a knackered old git.

The only help you have given is to slag off someone on a two year old post, wasn't even a business account. When will you know more about the industry, after you've finished school?
