bank charges reclaiming

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
I started a claim in 2006 for the previous six years bank charges and then the hold came into place. Does anyone know if i can now put another claim in for any charges that i have incured from 2006 until present.

    These will automatically be included in your claim once all is resolved.
    No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

    Yes you can put in a claim now including those charges. If you are claiming Financial Hardship then the bank may payout now.
    I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
