MBNA Charges

Over the course of 13 years i have had a fair few charges from MBNA, mainly late charges and the odd over limit ones.
I have a thread going on the PPI board about reclaiming PPI (self employed and did not know it would not pay out for me), but i also would like to consider trying to get back some charges on the card.
Please could someone answer a few questions for me?
1. What type of charges can you claim back?
2. Over what period of time? (presumably 6 years)
3. In order to find out the total of the charges, do i do an SAR request?
Thanks x

Assuming this is for your CC.
Ask them for a list of transactions and charges - this will be a print out of everything on your account ove rthe last six years, for which there is no charge.
an claim back overlimit, late fee, returned payment fee,
Dont need a SAR - just as above. No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
