Paypal/Ebay Problems after limited access removed

I recently had a limited access situation placed on my Paypal account which was resolved quickly and my account is now back to normal. I was notified that my Paypal account had an issue when I logged onto my Ebay account and received the following message:

QUOTE: Attention eBay Member! As part of our efforts to provide a safe and secure environment for the online community, we regularly screen account activity.
We have limited access to your eBay account as a precaution because a recent review of your account has identified an issue regarding its safe use.
To resolve this, please log into your PayPal account and go to My Account > Resolution Centre. UNQUOTE

It is now 10 days since I first received this message and resolved the limited access situation and neither Ebay or Paypal can explain to me why I am still getting this message when I log on. The additional frustrating thing is that I can't revise an item I am currently selling and I also can't add new items for sale so to all intents my account is frozen although it did let me bid successfully on an item last night.

Has anyone else had this happen to them? I have tried absolutely everything to get this sorted - speaking to live help on Ebay, members forum on ebay, speaking to paypal daily, unlinking/relinking my account, changed my password, e-mailing ebay in every department but to no avail. I probably will have to close my account and start all over again which is really annoying as I have been a member since 2003 and have nearly 200+ feedback. I keep getting passed back between Ebay and PayPal as neither seems to understand my problem which is very worrying.

I have run out of ideas on how to sort this out so I am hoping that I can draw on the combined knowledge of this forum to come up with a solution or a new direction that I can take as I am really really desperate now!

Please let me know if you have had any experience of this or similar I would be eternally grateful!

Cheers
