Credit Card Charges

I downloaded the letter regarding reclaiming charges - i don't have many as i only use credit for cash back - said i wanted full refund - Abbey & Virgin both use MBNA - both just basically said ok but refunded the difference of what i was charged and what they would charge me now ie £12.00 - like i say not many so Just over £20 from one and just over £13 from other both within 2 weeks - better in my pocket than theirs:T

Write back, tell them you want it all. They WILL refund it (I work there)

PLUS - dont put an amount down, and say you want interest. They will give you contract interest on your claim.
No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.
