ebay's new dispute process actually works!

Just wanted to say something nice about ebay for a change. 
I had a couple of not recieved claims open in paypal, and I got a call from ebay, as part of "a service to our regual customers" (:rolleyes:) asking me for more details, which I supplied. The guy then said okay, what we'll do is credit you ourselves.
Sure enough, today I get a payment through from eBay International AG.
Very happy with this as one of the sellers is NARU'ed.
