  • Also, I have never requested a copy of my CCA from them, should I do this and why do you do this as I have no idea why I would need this?????? Anyone can explain for me????

Can I claim back the charges they have imposed and are currently imposing or is that tough luck for being on a DMP????

Sorry, I don't get any of it lol!

    Hi at-my-wits-end
I totally agree with you about LLoyds, if you follow my debt free diary, you will see that last night I worked out how long it will take me to clear my consolidation loan with Lloyds. I pay them £130 a month, they take £110 in interest. That means only £20 a month comes off the balance, so I will be 101 years old when I have finally paid it off . 69 years away :o
My MP has written to them, but as he explains in his letter, they may just tell him it is none of his business. How many times have we the taxpayer bailed LLoyds out when they hit a tricky patch !?!

    Lightbulb moment: Feb 2009
Debt free date - somewhere in the distant future
Goal - to get on a fixed repayment plan with an end date to aim for - achieved finally after great resistance and huge charges from LLoyds rip offs :T
