Are GHD straightners ever on sale?
I would love to get a pair, but at those prices...
Also what would be the next best straightners after GHDs? (I have really curly frizzy hair)

Have a look at FHI straightners. They're better than GHDs and cheaper. uk hair are also better than GHD but they have stopped making them so this means i will have to go back to GHD, if you do buy them get them from their website they are always giving things away with them alternativley try QVC as they let you pay in installments for them xLoves Vegas shopping and beauty products!0

I also have frizzy curly hair I know that they are expensive but I promise you they will be the best investment ever, I say invest in them they last years and have a 2 year guarantee go for it xLoves Vegas shopping and beauty products!0 -
I agree, they are worth it.
I too have very frizzy hair which made me uphappy for years.
A few years ago I bought a cheaper pair which were like ghds for about £50 they lasted a year and broke by lead catching on fire (whilst in my hand) Lucky for me id just bought them away from my face so wasnt hurt.
I also recommend using an anti frizz/ heat protector on it too i find that helps. Vo5 do a good one.
If you really cant afford them i suggest buying a pair that heats from at least 180+ and also Sunsilk do a fab shampoo/ conditioner for straight hair. Its great but sadly i have to use one for coloured hair but its really good so even though straightners might not be as good/hotas GHD's i think used with Sunsilk your hair would be just as straight.New York ♥..........These street will make you feel brand new, Big lights will inspire you.

Thanks for the replies, I think I'll ask at some local salons.
