Ages ago the OFT took Foxtons to court over renewal fees on tenancy agreements. The appeal is now being heard.

Thank goodness common sense ruled. I am not sure how Foxtons thought they would ever get away with it, or LL's would agree to such conditions! Do people not know that reading the small print is essential in any business agreement!
Both sides have been daft in my opinion.
