Just had a look on the site and they are offering 30 free prints for new members. Already a member so it'll just be the 10x8s for me.

check your account, I had 30 free 7x5s I didnt know about. but didnt notice till after I ordered the 10x8s oh well still with 1.50 post its just 5p each which is a great deal!

It's probably because you don't have a Photobox account. You may well think you do but if it says Blueyonder at the top of your home page it's a different company.

Just ring the customer services, who are brilliant IMHO, no. on Say No to 0870 number. They will change it over instantly.

I know because the same thing happened to me at 10am. My photos are now dispatched. Amazing service.

I just registered and got 30 free prints and then ordered 10 of the 10x8 prints..total for everything was £4.00 so that's great..Thanks OP...I tried 3 times with the 50 free panasonic prints and they wouldn't work..Hopefully these will be ok..
Just had a confirmation to say they have been dispatched..great service!
