Hi Guys
Anyone have recommendations on a good horse insurer ? we currently use NFU but their cusotmer service , in our experience, is shoddy and we want to shop around
Cheers

Do not touch E&L.
Pet Plan are very good but are expensive as you get what you pay for0 -
Try KBIS or SEIB. I have used them both and found them both to be good. They are a middle ground between E&L (cheap but don't pay up) and Petplan (expensive but great cover).
If you can afford Petplan they have the best reputation - many vets will charge their fees straight to Petplan rather than making you pay up front, then claim it back. I was warned by my vet not to use E&L.0
