Would just like to say that the Apple Store in Leicester has great customer service! All of them do by the sounds of things but heres my experience. Upgraded to an iPhone on O2 in Jan, the volume button fell off at the weekend. Rang O2 who told me it was wear and tear and wouldn't do a thing to help me! Rang Apple and booked an appointment with an Apple Genius for 1pm yesterday, 1.05pm walked out with a brand new iPhone.
