    How much is it then? Im very confused is it really 2 million or is it just 2 thousand... why is it soo expaensive/cheap and what have the tulips got to do with it?

    It's true - Dublin is more expensive than London.

    And with all that industry, and world-beating technology and...no I can't do it.

    It's the madness of crowds and cheap money @ 2.25% interest.

    The Germans are eminently sensible and don't throw their money at houses. The Irish? Well...let's just say they're like teenagers who have just discovered cheap cider.

    It's all going to end in a very bad hangover.

    This is for real. Dublin 4 is the most desirable location in Dublin. The house prices are crackers.They're crackers everywhere in the Republic.
    I just hope the market doesn't go 'pop' just yet because my little brother has just bought his first gaff in Dublin.
