    Not much to say really. It was not unexpected, we've still got at least another 9-12 months of falls and then things might start flattening out.

    I had originally hoped now would be a good time to buy, but I'm waiting now till Q1/Q2 2010.....

    I think we have anther 10-15% falls to go. I think if you can get a great deal and it's a house to stay in for a long time (10 years) then there may be a good reason to buy BUT for any other reason I would say Q1/Q2 seems reasonable.
