i have just had my first consultation and am not happy with the score i was given for my attendance. i had a knee op on the company med ins and needed one mth to recuperate. this has been included as absent . how do i get on with regard to the disability discrimination act ,sect 6(3)f.

i am not registered disabled but my knee was hindering my job and i was obliged to use the company medical insurance to treat the problem rather than opt for NHS treatment.
