IOmega Prestige 2.5" 250GB HDD

Just wondering if anyone knows if these things have an IDE or SATA disk inside them? I need to replace a laptop hard disk for someone and these seem to be the cheapest / quickest way to get hold of one.

Cheaper than buying a 2.5" internal from somewhere like Scan?

I bought the 320gb one from Tesco last week for £44.97- there was a thread on here bout them being on offer. Think they said it was a SATA. Hope this helps.

Ta for that. May get one for the PS3 anyway but I really need IDE for the laptop I'm fixing.
