    Perhaps he should either turn the heating up or close the vents? I assume these are what he means by "draughts entering the vehicle through... ...parts of the dashboard." ;)

    If he is complaining to mini/bmw I hope they discount his counter attempt as he is just spamming his page and a visit means nothing.
