    just got back from work.

Well, I got an Emma Jane package (helpful postie had left it in my recycling bin!) so guess what I have to go with my new La Senza knickers??

Yes, thats right peeps - I got bl00dy tights! 6 pairs but 3 of them are worth £12 each!

So guess who'll be wearing tights for the next 3 weeks? and they are black - I hate black tights. I also get natural glossy ones on the 2 occasions a year I ever wear them!

We can now be the tight testing pregnant ladies - very MSE though!
    Free tights!!
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?

Ben - snotty nosed, army boy with the most annoying accent EVER

Oi! I talk like him and I suspect Moneymaker and the other Norn Iron girls do too!

Had my 20 week scan today. OH announced as soon as we had sat down that we didn't want to know the sex, so although the sonographer said she could see what it was, we are none the wiser! I had sort of hoped we might get a hint ;). Baby was in a very good position for all the measurements and checks and in a rubbish position for any photos, so we know that all is apparently well, but don't have any particularly striking scan pics to share. She did switch on the 3D for us, which was nice, but because he or she had their arm up in front of their face, we didn't get a good look with that either .

My tummy and pelvis are giving me a lot of gyp, and obstetrician confirmed, as I thought, that this is spd again, though its pretty early on for it to be bad. Slightly disconcerted that when I asked if it was going to get a lot worse, the response was "well it certainly won't get any better between now and the birth" which I suspect was code for "yes!" Advice was to avoid going up to stairs as much as possible, which could be challenging in a townhouse, where the living room, toilet and kitchen are all on different floors, and there are a dozen steps up to the front door...

Hope everyone is well. I haven't been on for a day or two, and there are too many pages to read back with 9 year old peering over my shoulder waiting for his turn on the computer
