    nope no stitches just slight graze ... i didi have problems down there when zoe was about 1 as i got ripped on a condom (was late on taking my next depo injection so was just making sure) it took about 2 years to heal as it kept getting thrush in it and stuff ... still didnt stop me though :D x

    SM - I'm not sure how much it affects things but I had 5 stitches - not a good 'look'

    sami they were very with zoes birth and to be honest apart from them being fools the whole pushing part went very well ...
