Well back from physio and I apparently do not have SPD but a mis-aligned pelvis !!!!
One side is higher than the other which is causing the extreme pain in my left hand side.

I have been given tubi grip for bump to wear 12 hours a day and a list of things to do and not to do ( no ironing !!!!)
She will see me once more before bubs is due, but most of the work I need to do will be after baby is born and I will have about 6 months of physio to do

At least now I know what it is and no one can say I am making the pain up !!

Oooh MM Sounds painful. But no ironing. Bonus. My most hated housework chore.

is anyone else having problems with MSE today/last night??
I keep getting a can't connect to MSE server message and not sure if it's my internet or MSE that's a bit broken
