Evening folks... Not on for long, hubby's off running me a bath... Seems hoovering the whole house was not so good on my back... In agony now... Going to see if a soak helps while he does the dishwasher... Might take my ipod in and watch something on the i-player...

Lolly... You're not far from me... You seen that giant bloke on a horse thing on the black country route? Its near Bilston... I love it when someone's stuck a cone on it's head....

Reusable nappies... I used these with Aimee and I plan to use them this time too... She very rarely had nappy rash and on the occasions she did it was more likely to be after she'd been in disposables... Plus, on the whole savings front... It does save you money, but it also saves the environment... ;)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

I have been working on the nusery a bit today - i know it sounds wierd but we have been working on it and buying stuff since we inherited the house 3 years ago its a bit like the old fashioned layette system or bottom drawer system - the way we look at it is we want lots of babies so we are kind of preparing the room for whichever baby arrives first and if my pregnancies are not sucessful we will adopt. Also i am rubbish at saving up for things and i cant spend baby stuff but i can spend the cash:rotfl:Its a peter rabbit one sutiable for both boy or girl. I have to trawl ebay for stuff because i can only afford seccond hand and its a bit scarce - i suppose its not popular any more:o but i like it:D
ooh if only I still worked at Zorbit  not only would I have access to tonnes of free/discount baby stuff I could probably have got you a full matching set of peter rabbit bedding coz they made it for mothercare in the late 90's :p
if it helps Krystal had some peter rabbit curtains a while back she was getting rid off maybe u could ask her for a pic if she's still got them (without exchanging personal details and therefore breaking the MSE rules obviously ;)):D

would have been much better with Jamie Redknapp :drool::drool::drool::drool: :blushing:
He used to live in the town that Glam works in/where my OH is from - never bumped into him in the post office tho
I was wondering where do you all stand on the disposable v reusable nappies thing ive been thinking of going reusable but not sure how beneficial it will be or is it more work than its worth ?
Krystal used re-usables for Aimee and is doing again for her bump, she makes it sound easy, don't think she had any problems, as far as I'm aware bubs is no more likely to get nappy rash in either type

wow elle not doing to bad on the savings im gonna be looking if i manage £350 now as stuff keeps coming out the bank leaving me with nowt, as ive said before i get to money (as in gifts or otherwise) from anyone and ive sold everything i can think of without selling my ds and 360.. OH has a couple of games but he keeps them incase theres a new game he wants to trade in so never having to buy new ones handy my work place.. i did pick up some money bags to change my pennies up as my pringle tube is full :D ... well as for today being £40 short on things, treating myself to hair dye and now regreting it as i honestly couldnt afford it so its coming out the food budget, went round to my mates and ending up seeing her for all of hmmmmm half an hour as she either bu99ered off for an hour or spent it upstairs and we were there from 2-3 til about an hour ago and now when ive got home we ran in to the noisy neighbours and they spoke to OH as they didnt realise i was with a black man (its a nigeran family) and they took everything he said as gospel truth but when i was speaking to them i was a ranting white woman ... but if id acted like that with them i would of been racist makes me so angry ..
sorry turned in to a rant x
    :)Still searching .....:)

Elle, eat what you hun! I do :D

Bath was nice, it has brought my BP down to below the clinical PIH mark (150/90+ in 4 readings in any 24 hours, mine has been above that since the 1st May) :T So if I just lie in a bath for the next 16 weeks I will be fine :D

I am so thirsty today, I have drank, 3 pints of orange squash, 2 mugs of tea, 1 glass of pineapple juice and now onto a pint (almost empty) of pineapple juice, oh and the last 3rd out a 2lt bottle of lemonade. And I've been taking a pint of squash to bed at night, drinking it throughout the night and still waking up thirsty as hell. I don't remember being quite this thirsty the last times!

Squishy - my mum's friend does cross stich and I got her to do one for Chris (and I'll ask for another for this one after he's arrived) I'll try to post a pic later/2mo :D

Nikabella; if you're about I found some sites that allow selling of 2nd hand re-useables a few weeks back when Caz had the same problem with ebay - if you search the parent's thread you should find them :D

Are the neighbours going to keep it down now they've seen / spoken to your OH?
