3onitsway ~ I've only been on the waiting list 10 and a half years (just to give you some idea of how long it's taken lol).

Steve and Siân have just gone to have a nosey at it ~ I daren't move, I'm still getting the odd twinge and they HURT now. Steve said he had a nosey at it before and it's in a lovely close, but that the house is considerably smaller to what we're in now.

Also the rent is £82 there, here it is £110 but the saving would be swallowed up by bus fares for the kids easily.

If I'm still here in the morning, I'll go and have a look at the house then.

Thanks for all your advice, knew I could count on you lot!

just rang from work - I missed the call so voicemail 'I'm leaving now'

Oh and then text off MIL so I rng her 'I rang the house, and OH mobile and couldn't get an answer - we r worried!'
I didn't answer the phone cos I was cutting chicken and I knew who it was!!

how long does it take him to get back and when did he call ? i panicked the other day couldnt get hold of OH after he left for work he goes down the motorway on his bike and always texts when he gets there turns out he forgot and never realised his phone was flat was worried sick. They can be worse than the kids for making us worry sometimes hope he gets home soon :-) xx

i hope this kid realise how much of a blooming pain he is ... my stomachs all tight my back hurts and my hicks have been going off and on since 5:30... x

he's home now and I was very good and didn't moan!!

He rang at 6pm and said he was leaving, then rang again at 6.25pm and said he was def leaving! It takes him about 20mins so I thought I'd wait til 7pm to start cooking.
He got in at 7.40pm - I was annoyed cos I couldn't get hold of him!

Searching - sounds promising!!!!
