    Well you've got two choices. Either a specialist trailer tent fitters or the DIY approach.

    Why not get in touch with a foam cutting place like this, explain what you want and ask how much it would be. If it sounds too pricey then just be honest and say "sorry, it's more than I expected, thanks anyway". Nothing lost!

    It would be even better if you have an upholsterers locally who would cut you peices to size.

    I presume that the foam would sit on wooden bases? You would need quite a dense foam for that thickness otherwise you'd squash it and end up uncomfortable. I've found that doing things this way around can be trial and error but usually works out cheaper in the long run if you think about it well enough (when we needed lightweight, insulated camping mats we slept on the foil underlay that you put down before laminate flooring... resourceful eh? :D;) )
