    Evening Lensip :D
Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches

Spud, you feel dramatically different in the first week because any water you were retaining goes WHOOOOOSH.......literally. And losing the retained water makes you feel all skinny. From then onwards, it's fat you're losing baby :D - and that doesn't feel quite so dramatic and speedy.

You WILL have lost - I'd bet money on it, if I had any! :rotfl:

    Hello...

    Why SOS?
"Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

I get 2 weeks at 50%. We've had them apparently. But it is also because Scott would have to book days off and miss BH OT meaning a loss of £400-so really, makes sense to work that week and save the dosh.

Utterly devastated, was so looking forward to it as well.

((((((hugs))))))) Lovely Bunny lady, please don't cry. :(

Do you have a contract with your childminder? It should show on there what the rate for the holidays is - she can't charge more that what's on the contract. See if it says 50%?

Edit - just seen you've already answered that - but check your contract anyway to see if it DOES state 2 weeks.
