erm............I seem to have a spider which bites captured under a dish in my kitchen...it was really easy to identify...._pale_

    Woodlouse spider
    Dysdera crocata

This is one of the few species in the UK that can bite humans. Although their venom is not dangerous to us, their bite can be painful due to the strength of their jaws and some people may have an allergic reaction to the venom. However, they are unlikely to bite.

Don't get stuff like that up here...too cold...

Yes but you have been running so what you may have lost you could have replaced in muscle. So you prob wont 'feel' any different. Go to the weigh in and I bet you would have lost at least 4lbs :jGood luck :j I have to see the witch in the morning ~ wish me luck :D

It wasnt really running Pap, just fast walking. I'd be happy with 4lbs ;)

Good luck in the morning. What time is your appointment?

Good luck with that Pap.....just waltz in super confident like...

I was amazed today... I went to pick up DD2 from school today and every kid in that school wore a black tie as a mark of mourning for that poor boy who killed himself...I mean every one in school...that was organised overnight on facebook, msn and txt...the power of the internet.

It was a very emotional thing to witness....
