What does NMP mean on my online statement?

I have had a refund for £14 when I checked my online account with Barclays.

The reference just says Refund NMP

I phoned Barclays but got a foreign call centre and got cut off.

I get Disability Living Allowance and Incapacity benefit but have had no letters from the DWP.
I have a complaint which Barclays are investigating and they have admitted making 4 mistakes over charges and direct debit dates but I've heard nothing from them either.
Any ideas please?:confused:

    Did you ever find out what this was for? I have have just seen this on my barclay's statement for £5.00, and have no idea what it is for either.
