Laurastar S4 Problem - Help Please

Can anyone advise what might be the problem with my iron - Steam (a lot) is coming out of the top of the boiler making a hissing sound - I thought it might be because the inlet was slightly loose but I've checked and it seems OK to me.

It is too alarming to use it.

Any suggestions PLEASE?
