Restaurants Near Heathrow Travelodge

Am trying to organise our trip, and would like any advice/help you can offer us, please?
We are travelling down from Lincolnshire and staying in the Heathrow Terminal 5 Travelodge for 2 nights (Thurs - Sat).
On our way down we were hoping to find somewhere to grab some dinner. Hoping to get reasonably close to the travelodge before we stop for food.
There will be 2 adults and 2 children (5 & 13). Anyone any suggestions for pubs/restaurants we could maybe try?? Also if there are any near by with offers, that would be a bonus!!
ALSO, to be cheeky, any tips for lunch in the vicinity of the Natural History Museum??? Again, somewhere that isn't gonna break the bank and will suit adults and kidly winks!!!
Thank you

Around the National History Museum - I think there is a garfunkels restaurant, these are not bad and reasonably priced.
I am trying to think about Staines as I was last there in the summer but if I remember anywhere I'll let you know.0 -
for food . you have a nice enough pub near the river in Shepperton in addition to Bluebeckers or the toby carvery in windsor which is cheap and cheerful (and we are pretty fussy eaters). I know south kensington pretty well where the natural history museum is. i think for any restaurants you would have to go to south ken's main high street. there is an italian pizza place liek in italy i remember and a few other places. i really like a sushi place which is a walk towards sloane square. otherwise most places are pretty expensive. i am not keen on garfunkels but as i say we are pretty fussy eaters.lemonade_lifestyle wrote: »Am trying to organise our trip, and would like any advice/help you can offer us, please?
