Microsoft xbox

basically 4week old xbox decided to start chewing up disks so called microsoft helpline who said they would duly oblige and retrieve it for reapair and also stated wud give me vouchers towards the games. so waited couple of days amd the box came through to return it but after couple of days no mention of how to return it more time wasted. once i eventually called them they said to call anoither number to arrange pick up so did and 2 days later it was retrieved. waited 5 days and i got it back today upon opening i can see that no sign of vouchers but sign of the STILL faulty games. upon resetting up the console it now makes awful noises and doesnt work total when inserting a disk. im really upset about this after spending £200 on games to play on it and i cant play them. so going to fone them back up what can i say or demand ie new console or money back and repair?
