Went into my local Staples and they were giving 25% off ALL pens etc. I know it included highlighter pens, I think it included pretty much anything you write with!
And it got better: I wanted some biros which have a light in them which I'd seen advertised as being 99p in Staples (they are in the Hawkin catalogue for £2.99). Bought lots, and got them for 66p each!
Staples have recently taken over Office World and I think Neat Ideas, so if you think you had one of them near you it should now be a Staples!
Offer doesn't seem to be available online.
