Are you sure the scratches werent covered in dirt? Cause it looks like your word against theirs.0

im 100% certain, the scratches are on the outside of the glass, the dirt was on he inside and not that much to be honest.
the only thing i have ever used to clean the oven is lint free cloth.0 -

I think your g/f may have signed a waiver stating something like you dont hold them liable for damage ect.0

i dont know what was signed to be honest, as they did not leave a copy. The lady read out that it said in the small print that the oven was left working.
She also said the guy had NOT put anyuthing on his pre clean report, which is supposed to report any damages they notice before they start.0 -
But the oven is working presumably - the scratches don't stop it working.0
