Help!! Letter AND Phone call today from Lloyds TSB

I'm wondering if anyone can help - I sent off my letter to Lloyds TSB to claim back £2300-ish from bank charges last week. Today I received a letter saying they were dealing with my complaint and would get back to me within 4 weeks, then at 6.30pm there was a voicemail left on my phone saying I had to call them back regarding a "personal financial matter" - can anyone advise what I should do? Should I call them back? I don't bank with them now so I would doubt it is about anything else... any help gratefully received!!

Firstly check the number and that it is a call from your bank. If you arent sure ahve a look on whocallsme (google it). If so then yes ring them, dont agree to anything on the phone, they probably want to go through your income/expenditure form with you so have those details to hand. Ask for anything discussed to be confirmed to you in writing before you agree/accept anything and don't get badgered into any loans etc.LegalBeagles0

Thanks for replying Esmerellda. It is definately them.. checked using that whocallsme thingy! I'll maybe call them at lunchtime - and defo won't get badgered into any loans!! I don't bank with them anymore so I doubt they'll be up for me coming back to them!!
I just wondered if there is a possibility they might pay out even tho the test case is still ongoing? Are people still receiving refunds from their banks??0
