need a bit of advice
i applied for my credit card and bank charges ect from lloyds and they sent me over 300pages going right back to 1999 and also a letter ontop stating that all my loan agreements ect with signatures were there but they have missplaced my signed agreement for my credit card can i make a claim to write off the balance as they havent got all the relevant documents???

I think there is a loans section on the forum who may be able to help. I don't know my stuff on that kinda thing so cannot offer any advice apart from reposting on another part of the forum.Any help??0
