How your mortgage co is treating you/FSA

Hi,
My computer has been broken for about a month and I have not visited the site.
I am looking for a forum that I had posted in about GE Money.
The forum subject was regarding the FSA wanting to know how our mortgage companies have been regarding arrears.
I posted quite a long article about GE Money and was about to go to the financial ombudsman. I wanted to find my post so I can copy it for the financial ombudsman form.
Please can anyone help me?
This is a new computer and so I have lost anything I saved.
