Screenselect! Rip Off?

Last year I was with screenselect to rent DVDs. i paid £14.99 a month. I have just found out that whilst I was paying £14.99 a month, they were running a promotion with a company's staff discount card scheme (which was open to everyone technically, all you had to do was enter a code) where they were giving 10% off rental prices. I e-mailed screenselect about this, who say they have many offers from time to time. This annoys me as I have to pay full price, whilst Joe Bloggs and friends gets money off.
