hello all
just been on phone to hsbc and i requested bank charges fron2001 to present . was told i could only claim from the date i sent my 1st letter which was on 25th jan 09 so i can only claim from then to 2003 is this true

Hi There, I believe you can claim back six years in England and Five in Scotland, but I'm sure someone will be along soon who knows for definate!!0

FSA waiver states limitations started from the date of the FSA Waiver on Bank charges so that will be 27th July 2007(6 years back from therehello all
