I have a message from McAfee this is what it says:-
Program Wants Internet Access
A program on your computer wants to accept incoming connections from the Internet. Before it can, you must decide whether to allow it access. To protect your computer, you should only allow programs that you trust.
About this Progam
Program: Delivery Manager Service
Location: C:/Program Files/Kontiki/Service.exe
Recommendation: Unknown program
Tell McAfee about this program
What would you like to do?
Allow access ( in the box)
BT has changed from Norton security to NetProtect. Installed 2 days ago. I have now got the above box and don't know what to do. Can anyone give me some advice please?

From memory of a friends pc I believe this program is ITVs online player (or the BBC I-player)
Its not a virus and OK to allow access (otherwise it wont work LOL)0 -
See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kontiki
It's used by BBC iPlayer and Channel 4 on demand among others.0 -
Yep it's installed as part of iPlayer, but you're just right to check these thing out before accepting it! It can be hard to know what's genuine and what isn't these days!Northern Ireland club member No 382 :j0
