how do i move a dead motorbike?
Hi all,
DS has got a honda 125 that is not working - something to do with the electrics we think.
my question is...... are we being completely stupid but how do we get it to the repair man!?!
you can tow a car but not a motorbike and we are completely stumped as to how to move it.
its about a 3 mile journey to the repair man who doesn't do pick ups and of course DS will have to walk it if necessary - just wondered if we were missing something
thanks

thanks for all suggestions.
repair man says he doesn't do pick ups.
it's seriously heavy - god knows how much bigger bikes way, we tried pushing up a scaffold plank into the back of my MPV with the seats out, and the plank broke!
looks like DS has a long walk with a heavy bike ahead of him!
are there such things as mobile bike mechanics - they don't advertise in our yellow pages0 -
my bf's local honda dealer bought their van round and picked it up for free! (I think they felt sorry for him lol)
so try someone else or get a thicker plank.Kavanne
Nuns! Nuns! Reverse!
